1. Cleaning of the Water-absorbing Pad

After cleaning, squeeze the pad dry (The absorbent effect is the best in a semi-dry state ), so as to avoid damage to the absorbent pad. If not used for a long time, the absorbent pad can be sealed with plastic film for preservation.

2. Water Tank Cleaning

As the shoe sole cleaner machine adopts water circulation cleaning system, so when cleaning the dirt in the water tank of the shoe wash station, you need to drain the water in the water first. During the drainage process, you can clean the inner wall of the tank with a brush to remove the dirt more thoroughly. After the tank is drained of water, please fill it with water. Then repeat the water injection cleaning 3 to 5 times to ensure that the water in the tank is clean. 

It is important to note that when the sewage enters the tank automatically through the surface flow tank, it should be discharged into the connected sewage pipe under the natural water level pressure difference.

3. Probe Replacement

When the water level of the shoe wash station is abnormal, it indicates that the water discharge induction is insensitive. Then you must replace the induction probe. Anyway, the Probe replacement is very easy. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the silver wire holding the five probes in place and fit induction probes of the same length in the same position. It is generally recommended to replace the induction probe every three months.

4. Brush Adjustment (crawler type sole cleaning machine)

During the normal operation of the shoe wash station, if the brush doesn't work, it is necessary to manually adjust the brush tension. When adjusting the brushes, disconnect the power supply from the shoe cleaning station and tighten the screws in a clockwise direction, all screws on both sides need to be adjusted consistently to ensure that the machine can work normally and stably after adjustment.

5. Brush Roller Replacement (Silver Cylinder Sole Cleaning Machine)

Because the brush needs long-term and fresh base exposure, it will cause a certain degree of damage to the brush wire. This is a normal phenomenon. When the brush wear affects the cleaning effect, you must replace the brush roller. When replacing, only one end of the quick release bearing will lift the brush roller to a certain height, pull out the brush roller, and then re-install the new brush roller to complete the replacement.

In the course of daily use, you should also carry out maintenance work on the drive shoe strip, drive shaft bearings and driven shaft bearings of the equipment. These three parts need to be regularly lubricated with the right amount of grease. The maintenance frequency is once every half month.

It is recommended to use silver disulphide extreme pressure grease for better results.
